1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active BD11 account. BD11 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended pending investigation.

When registering your BD11 account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. 6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on BD11 are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. BD11 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnections, software errors, or interrupted connections — BD11 will attempt to resolve the issue fairly based on the game state at the time of the malfunction.   • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their BD11 account voluntarily may do so by contacting BD11 support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after identity verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

BD11 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While BD11 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
